Milk & Honey is a cozy café tucked inside the same building as Saints Church on 199 Street NW, though it has its own separate entrance accessible from the parking lot, making it easy for a quick stop without venturing through the church itself. The space feels bright and open thanks to large windows, offering plenty of seating that suits both a solo coffee run or a casual meet-up with friends.

This spot leans into simple, flavorful café fare with sandwiches like The Morty — stacked with mortadella, arugula, ricotta, pepperoncinis, and parmesan — or the cheese biscuit served with house-made herb and garlic mascarpone. These savory options seem to attract lunchtime crowds, creating a lively, social atmosphere on weekdays. Locals especially appreciate the quality of their coffee and tea menu, where choices like Lavender Earl Grey or Rooibos Chai complement rich lattes and mochas. There’s also a noted gluten-free doughnut which stands out for those seeking a sweet treat without gluten.

The vibe here accommodates varied rhythms: it’s relaxed enough for someone wanting a bright spot to catch up on work or reading, but it also draws people looking for a flavorful bite before errands, like heading off to Costco nearby. The staff come across as friendly though service moves at a steady pace rather than rushed, meaning expect a bit of a wait during peak times but not an overly long one.

While the café showcases local vendors' smallgoods like candles and hair clips, giving a touch of neighborhood connection, some minor inconsistencies in baked goods (a dry cookie or chewy bread) have been noted, which might make those with preferences more selective. Still, the overall experience is casual and enjoyable, making Milk & Honey a practical and pleasant stop for those living in or passing through this northwest Edmonton area.

Cute little cafe with the best sandwiches in Edmonton! We got the goat & the monty and both were absolutely delicious. Their lates are divine as well. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!

This cute little cafe is in the same building as Saints Church. There was clear signage when walking towards the main entrance. Food and drinks were great. Customer service was average. It was lively during lunch time. Would recommend and visit again.

This cafe is absolute gem! They have an adorable display with keepsakes from local vendors (hair clips, coffees, teas, candles, etc). I had a delicious mocha that I forgot to take a photo of because I was so excited to drink it, and an amazing gluten free doughnut! The staff are incredibly friendly, would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I love how spacious it is. The cheese biscuit is sooo good. Their coffees are delicious. The cookie we had was dry and inedible. The sandwich bread was a bit too chewy. Overall still a very delightful experience. Staff are friendly.

Sweet little spot inside the church but entrance is accessible next to the parking and separate. No need to walk through the church! Lots of seating and windows for a bright space. Definitely worth coming to check out. We stopped by before our weekly Costco run. It was our first time. Ordered the cheese biscuit with the home made herb and garlic mascarpone, it was . A bit of a wait but good things made with love takes time. And that’s ok! We also shared the Morty sandwich. Delicious! The prices are fair and the lovely lady upfront is lovely and upbeat!

This is a little hidden gem in the west end of Edmonton, inside Saints church. It’s the sister store to The Table in Onoway, AB, and if you’ve ever been there, you know this place is good. If you haven’t been to The Table either, put it on your foodie list! Food and service were wonderful - their sandwiches and beverages are always top notch! Ample parking, clear signage, with separate entrance (or you can access from within the church also). For those looking for a pit stop where you need to plug in, they have a few loungey tables near the walls with outlets, but the rest of the cafe doesn’t have any.

Oh my gosh. What a gem milk and honey is. Their sandwhiches are a knockout, 10/10 why I’ve been yearning for in the city. Their matcha was simple but flavourful, and the Mexican chocolate chip cookie was sweet yet salty but also spicy? Honestly you must go here! It’s a little bit of a weird location in a church but it is well worth goin out of your way to try them!
